A quote from Duece,
<For all the accolades that have come his way, Reggie Bush, at least to Saints RB Duce McAllister, has two things going for a guy headed to the top. He asks questions. And he listens. "I really like him," McAllister said. "He knows he's going to have to make an adjustment, here and there, to the way he attacks a defense, and that's half the battle. He's smart and he's mature beyond his years. Even on a 6-yard run, he's poetry in motion."> http://www.benmaller.com/ |

How could Reggie not be the rookie of the week? Not just as a bias Saints fan, but in terms of numbers, and his team won.

AND he's Reggie Bush...
But I was tempted to vote for Ryan Plackemeier, a great product of the Wake Forest football program! |

Reggie won, read this, the guy does seem to have his head screwed on right...
"I am very excited to be chosen for this honor," said Bush. "However, this is more a reflection of the performance of our team.If it were not for the hard work of our offensive line and my offensive teammates. I think credit also has to go to my defensive teammates for their outstanding performance, which allowed us to keep running the ball throughout the day." and- "Coach Payton has reminded us all week to be thinking about this Sunday's game and not to look further," said Bush."Although we are excited about how we played last week, looking back or looking ahead a couple of weeks can get you in trouble as an individual as a team. Our entire focus is on the Green Bay Packers." http://www.neworleanssaints.com/news...articleid=2907 |
