It's the Write up on Fox: N.O. #16
16 Saints 18 (+2) 16/18 Deuce, Reggie, Drew, Bono, and Billy Joe (Armstrong, not Hobert) will all be on the top of their games for Monday night’s Superdome re-opening. Who would have predicted in August that after two weeks, New Orleans and Atlanta would be 2-0, while the other NFC South teams  Tampa Bay and Carolina  would be winless? Parity!
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/powerRa...T=HCP>1=8595 Well I think 90% of us thought we had an excellent chance to be 2-0. Wish I could be there because it will be a party. I do think the house will panic if we fall behind because of the way we played in G.B. Drew Brees - #9 - Quarterback - 6'0" - 209lbs News: Drew Brees completed 26-of-41 passes for 353 yards and two touchdowns in Week 2. Impact: He's doing a crafty job despite a damaged shoulder. Brees lost two fumbles in his first three drop-backs, but recovered to make good decisions against a weak Packers secondary. He underthrew passes whenever he went deep, but his receivers came back for the ball. Expect the Falcons to do a much better job against Brees next week. (Sun. Sep 17, 2006) Love having this man leading the charge. I guess crafty job is another way of saying veteran leadership. He did not panic, but he did not smile either. That is why Drew was brought here and the team is responding. Maybe Dreew will surprise every one and let it fly Monday night. Now that would mess up the Falcons game plan. |
