Linebackers

Hey, got a question for all of you. The other night, one of the media "guru's" said that even though we won, our linebacking corps was still in bad shape, and called them second teamers at best. Now, if memory serves me correct, Fujita (or Fajita if you are Joe Theisman) has started the last three years, and is still young. Simoneaux (cajun spelling) has been a reserve but came out of college very highly rated. And Shanle has played great, and was well thought of in Dallas. So why the beef on the linebackers? They are not the fastest, and may not be the biggest, but neither is some sawed off runt of a killing machine linebacker in Miami. He just makes good reads, and puts himself in the right position to make stops.....just like our 3 backers. Through the first three games, they have played great. So why all the hate from the media?

It is weird now to see no one talking about Donnie Edwards (I was one of them). I like our guys....so...am I right, or am I just basking in the moment a little to much??

Respect my authori-tie
