Toughest game
With the eagles behind us and a W , whats going to be the most challenging team to beat on our schedule? I say without a doubt the Bengals.

RE: Toughest game
The next one and the the one after that and then ......

RE: Toughest game
I would have picked the Bengals to beat us before the season started but the Bengals offensive line is just horrible, their offense is sputtering bad right now, Palmer has no protection at all, their running game isn't much of a factor and I think I read somewhere that they lost their left tackle, Palmer has been taking a beating this year and now lose a tackle.
I do hope they find a way to beat them Panthers and Pitt beats the crap out of the Falcons. The Saints on the other hand are playing really well, it will take a much improved Bengals team to beat us |
RE: Toughest game
I don't know if we can beat Bye. I don't think they've ever lost.

RE: Toughest game
I'd say Pittsburg. Probably the most hostile environment left on our schedule. Roethlisberger may be settling in after a miserable start and I think their Super Bowl hangover may be over now. Notching a W in Pittsburg would be an impressive feat.

Also the season has an ebb and flow to it. What game you get often depends when in the season it occurs. Enjoy the week off. Then prep for the Ravens. SFIAH |

Ravens. They're next up and have a whole extra week to drool with anticipation. Losing their last two is going to make that team desperate to stay in the race for the wild card, as 3 losses in a row might send them spiraling into oblivion heading into their key matchup against the Bungles....4 losses in a row puts them third in their division, not a great place to be with 5 of their last 8 against division foes. It's probable that only one team from this division makes it as Denver and SD will make it from the West, Indy and Jax from the South, NE is the only playoff contender from the east, so that makes Cincy, Pitt and Bal battling it out. Baltimore's going to need all the tiebreakers it can get.

RE: Toughest game
The saving grace with the Ravens might be that their offense is poo. Personally, I think we can hang 21 points on any defense in the league. That being said, I agree with Poydras. The most difficult game is ALWAYS the next on on the schedule.

Right now, the Ravens.

yeah the toughest game is the very game ahead of us... no need to look at head... take them one at a time.
|
Atlanta in Atlanta.
I have often said - it does not matter who is favored year to year the ATL and NOLA is always a game. but yes, game to game is the answer. |
Rah, rah, rah. Play one game at a time. Blah, blah, blah.

it has to be baltimore. we can have brees throw 2 picks and expect to make a comeback at the end like against philly. the raves defense wont allow a 8:30 drive to happen at the end of the game.
|
Truth be told if you look around the teams we play none match up like the ravens this can very well show what we're made of then after that if the Saints starting cast stay healthy then I guess the last game of the season them Panthers
|
i meant cant have brees throw 2 picks.
|
Without a doubt that's why Brees hasn't broke away for the aB era totally as a QB yet......yet. His percentage is high but c'mon you can't throw that second int like he did that was just trash but other than that im happy with brees we're winning and people respect winners and that's all that matters at my college
