Culpepper headed to IR?

Putting Culpepper on the injured reserve list would end his season. The Dolphins position on the former starting quarterback has been that he is being evaluated day to day. But that evaluation has suffered at least two setbacks since he was shelved for the Oct. 8 game at New England and began a new rehabilitation program on his surgically repaired knee the week following that game. http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald...l/15911973.htm Damn! We messed up by passing on this guy in Free Agency! |

What a waste of money. They took a big risk and it hasn't worked out. You would think with the horrid season he had prior to the injury it would scare them alway. I thought Sage did a pretty good job throwing the ball down there... they should have given him a fair chance. Now they're stuck with Harrington... suckers!

HaHaHaHaHa!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!! Hey Saban......good choice. Almost as good as pulling out of LSU after you had a National Championship type recruiting class three years in a row. Dumb a**!

RE: Culpepper headed to IR?
Well, Saban made a calculated gamble, and he lost. He should have gone with Brees, or at least stayed with Freotte. Too bad for Ole St. Nick, boo hoo... In his defense, no one could have ever predicted his team would only be 1-6. What I think is not having Ricky Williams hurts more than the bad play at QB. Kind of funny to look at their record in the years with, then without Ricky Williams.
Okay, I am a Ricky fan. Truth be told, Miami is running with a very aged team. That is the real problem. They will need to rebuild it from scratch, then hope for the best. The Dolphins can be good in two years if they decide to start now. |

First of all Culpepper wasnt a free agent, they traded a 2nd round pick for him. Secondly, the Miami offense is extremely young compared with the rest of the NFL...their defense is aging but they have been playing sound ball...the offense isnt generating any points. But i think the problem with the offense is that they are not taking advantage of their playmakers.
