Feel My Pain
Sunday November 5
Wake up to a cup of Cafe D coffee. Saints flag flying. Pewter Saints mug on the coffee table. Gold shorts, black T-shirt. White Saints cap on top of my nappy head. Shrimp boiling. Pop the top on my first Corona at straight up one o'clock. Volume on the TV at Superdome level. Pumped! The Falcons and Lions???? Huh? |

RE: Feel My Pain
That's one of the great things about living in Pensacola. Saints are the closest NFL team so it's always broadcast here, and we're outside the blackout zone (not that it matters this year!)
They did piss me off at the end of the Saints - Ravens game though. They switched over to the Eagles game before either of the late touchdowns so I didn't get to see any of the late comeback. |

....and the Saints game was listed in the channel line-up. Just about any other time they'd telecast the Bucs. But, noooooooooo. I did get to listen to Bucs coverage on the radio. But, ya' know?

"Are you kidding me?! The Saints are on tv! Heh-heh" "Wanna go camping, TallySaint?" "No way, bub. The Saints are on tv. Boo-yah" Good grief. |
