Saints and cruising......
Someone asked about if football is carried on cruises. I just returned from a three day cruise to the Bahamas on Carnival's Facination and was able to pick up games all day Sunday. I even watched the Saints and Steelers in the Sports Bar. The feed was out Denver (not sure why?) but we had access to NBC, CBS, Fox, and ABC. I did not find ESPN.
I asked if this would be the same feed on all Carnival ships and they said if the ship is in the Caribbean then they have the same feed. |

RE: Saints and cruising......
I need to take my wife on a cruise, never been on one but heard it's a lot of fun, now that I know you can watch the games I see no reason not to go on a cruise.
Thanks for the info.. |

RE: Saints and cruising......
Biloxi- Thanks a bunch for the info! I'm sailing on the Fantasy this Saturday out of New Orleans. I am very glad that I will be able to catch the game vs. Bengals. If I were stuck out in the Caribbean and had no way to watch the game I might just jump and try and swim back to N.O. in time for the game.
And Longtimefan - I strongly recommend a cruise. This will be my fifth, but first one during football season. So I will naturally be decked out in my #87 jersey screaming WHO DAT!!! all day Sunday. |
