Vick in same boat as Brooks was.. priceless
It pleases me oh so much to see Atlanta suffer as we suffered for 3+ years under Haslett.
It's uncanny, actually. Vick can't do no wrong. When Atlanta wins, it's because Vick is awesome. When they lose, it's because the receivers are dropping balls.Sure, the Atlanta WRs do drop balls, like any other set of WRs in the NFL, however, no one was complaining about that until week 8 , when the Vicks lost to the lowly Lions. Matter of fact, the 2-3 weeks prior to that, everyone was on the "Vick can throw TDs" bandwagon after Mexico threw 6 TDs . Of course, it was Vick throwing AND catching those TDs. Now, after that drop in the redzone, a note popped in on the screen telling the world "Atlanta WRs: 4 dropped passes". Ok. I'm not going to disect every one. Ok. But at that point, Mexico was 7 for 22. 7+4=11. What happened with the other 11 passes? Where those dropped also? Where they all perfectly defended by the Saints secondary? I tell ya, it's a beautiful thing. One can only hope that Mr. Blank (which sounds like the dumb one in Reservoir Vicks) keeps Mexico at the helm and trades Schaub for another 1st round WR, who will never get in a rythm with Vick because a)he can't pass and b) he'll be so surprised he actually got a ball thrown his way that he won't know what to do with it. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! |

Agreed. Vick blows, but they've gotta keep him in. I just hope they implode so badly that they never ever recover.

Vick is worse than Brooks. In every conceivable way.

OK Brann that might be a stretch. I do hate Vick and the Falcons, but I just don't think it gets any worse than the Human Turnover.

Ok. Vick is a better runner. Happy? At least Brooks could win games with his arm, when he wasn't brainfarting games away.

Brooks never won two playoff games... but this is a silly argument. How about this, they are two of the worst QBs to have ever (dis)graced the NFL

Dunno...I can't bring myself to put them down there with Leaf, McNown, etc. But we'll say bottom 10%. Deal?
