RE: One Handed Horn
That catch and Karney blocking three guys on Deuce's first TD were such awesome moments.

Joe can still play, I hope they win a superbowl for him, more so than almost any player.

Joe has surely lost a step, but he still comes through in the clutch. He is not the same receiver he was, he is now more of a possesion guy, but he is very good at what he does. Joe will retire a Saint...he has earned it on and off the field to decide how long he wants to play here.

Horn R O C K S ! ! ! You don't see catches like that being made very often by rookies.
Horn carried this team for years and now is the consumate professional in telling the caoches and QB that if they want to spread the ball around and get more receivers into the picture, he is fine with that. Even if it means that the SAINTS alltime best receiver (at least in my book) has to take a back seat to a rookie. Horn is a veteran with true veteran abilities. He is also a leader on the field, on the sidelines, in practice and in the lockerroom. I love what Horn has done and is still doing for the SAINTS. We are lucky to have him and I know that there are a hellava lot of other teams that would love to have him on their rosters right now. Horn is a SAINT and should remain a SAINT until he retires! |
Go SAINTS!!!!!
