Uh oh, whodi, looks like a 3-4
With so many defensive linemen out, the only defense which may utilize the most fresh bodies would be a 3-4. Run blitzes and zone blitzes with this defensive scheme may be the only way to see a win in the last 4 games without Smith, Hollis and Whitehead

Let's see how Leslie and lake do with significant playing time. Leslie might turn out to be effective, if not great.

Euph, we've got far too many slow and/or inexperienced players in the secondary to play a really effective zone behing blitz packages. Without an efective pass rush we're giving up yards. As John Madden is famous of saying, if you can play man-to-man, why play anything else? In our case, it's not a question of 'can'; it's more like 'must'.
