If I wasn\'t a LSU fan I would still tell you that they are no worse than many other fans. As far as proving it with actual facts, I do not have any hard data to do that with. Your the one who made the statement that LSU fans are worse than others. I\'ll bet you that you think Baton Rouge has the highest crime rate in the nation too, because of alcohol and their southern pride?

My dad once told me not to argue with an idiot, he said they will bring you down to their level and beat you with expeience. Dad was right. As far as the Venturi thing , I want to pull for the guy but after reading your post I just had to agree.

Gatorman....I am just commenting on this thread as an unbiased party. I don\'t live in the U.S. nor do I follow college football. Basically I could care less which fans are the worst and I have no experience to comment on it. But what you have done in this thread is made a comment, not backed it up with factual support and have tried to nitpick every comment made against it. I have no side here, but what I see as an outsider is you defending your opinion only with arrogance about how much you have seen and that we are all at the feet of the master.

What is this?
Your sarcasism is all that I expect from you. Keep entertaining the morons. They need a leader.

I take pot shots for everyone here and every time I neither impressed nor detered. Pile ons are a very cheap form of retaliation, but since the I\'ve probably ripped everyone here individually I was expecting this. Bring it on weaklings.

I made my point. Nobody here put up a good arguement against it. To be honest I didn\'t think anyone could do much more than get of the subject, revert to sarcasm, or analyze my analogy to stray from the point. And you guys proved me right.

And now I sit to wait for someone to call me crazy and say man your taking this way too seriously. Maybe I am but I know what you morons will say before you say it.

B&B, ha, cheap jokes to make monkeys laugh.

Ok, I\'ve been a good boy long enough. Here are a few thoughts on these subjects in this thread.
1. Sports fans are a lot like the players they come to watch. The players have the potential to be very good at their sport. The fans have the potential to be complete idiots at the game. Anytime, anywhere. No country or state owns the rights to being an idiot.

2. Rick Venturi, I like the guy. He\'s been with the team a long time. I just donn\'t think he\'s co-ordinator material.

3. LSU fans, as I saw this past weekend, which I assume some of you missed, where the nicest bunch of people you could have wanted to be around. Even the ESPN announcers made comment about the class the fans showed.

You know Tiger stadium is a big place. When you get any place with that many people together, more than a few of them are going to be *****s. It doesn\'t matter if it\'s football, a concert, or whatever it may be. Maybe ya\'ll need to come to a De Ridder- Leesville football game this year. They\'re talking about extending the halftime length to allow for more fights. I think they\'re hoping for more money from ticket sales.

Sometimes it's better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot, than to open it and remove all doubt!!!!!

Gatorman....good call. I take it as a show of respect by going back to research where I may have posted off topic. Or could have it been the Canes that troubled you? Because, I always stand by my team. Unlike, well I lived in GVille for awhile and I like the Gators and well I like LSU or whatever the flavor of the week is. It is convenient to not have to make a conviction. Which ever one is having a great season is the one I would go with also.

But not to offend the Topic Policing by Officer B&B
Hey, if the morons (you\'re word, not mine) were to police their own posts, everyone\'s life would be happier.
And my last post was in no way intended to be funny. I\'ll follow in lumm0x\'s footsteps when I say, \"What is this?

Gator lets get this over with. Your right. In fact the only reason LSU plays on the weekends is because that\'s the only time their fans get out of jail on the work release program. Most are murders, drug dealers, and convicted felons. But there is a reason that only LSU fans act this way. It\'s the water they drink. I\'m writing my congressman right now and I\'m going to see if we can get some water shipped in from New York. New Yorker\'s are so friendly, Latrell Sprewell has been drinking it for years.

Don\'t forget to go in the chat room and talk trash about me so I can\'t read what your saying. Its ok to be gutless once in while.
I can\'t believe I missed this one earlier, as it sounds like there is some history to it- what\'s the scoop? Who\'s talking **** in the chatroom??? Inquiring minds want to know!!!!

Hahahahahahahah

You clever bastard :P

I don\'t think I\'ve used it since the draft, but I think it\'s pretty ****ty to use it for just that. This is the friggin internet- get down to brass tacks, we all hide behind our computer and fling poo at one another, whether it be the boards or the chat room. Just with the boards, you get to at least see what other people say about you.
The way you had it stated, it sounded like there was some history to it, and I am a gossip hog.
