I never said anything about the \"which neighborhood is a better place to live\". I said the kid in the crack neighborhood is arguing that his neighborhood isn\'t that bad. The phrase \"that bad\" is to be taken as meaning the neighborhood is good. I shouldn\'t have used the word \"that\" in the sentence.
