IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE!!!!!
When the Saints played the Cowboys, a lot of these so called experts totally forgot that the Saints were very short handed. They stomped the so called experts choice of the stongest team in the NFC without the services of their top interior D lineman, and their top receiver, on the road. You think the Bears could have dominated the Cowboys like that, I don't think so. The defense that played nearly perfect, droped two interceptions that directly resulted in ten points for the Cowboys, Drew Brees didn't throw a pass in the fourth quar ter, Coach Payton called off the dogs with four consecutive kneel downs with three minutes left in the game, and the ball around the ten yard line. Sooner or later their going to realize that they're out of reasons why the SAINTS are not that good. Got dam it, they're just that GREAT. Next week we win the NFC South. and the week after that, we get a first round bye, and a home playoff game. Man, there's no telling how far we can go. I'm loving every minute of it. GO 1ST PLACE SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!

RE: IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE!!!!!
I think the Saints would have beat them even without Smith and Colston. They were great that day.
