for u guys that have been to N.O. this year for a game, i went to dallas this past week and thought that they did an AMAZING job of entertainment for the fans....i'm talking about the music and annoucer doing things for the fans. the intro for the players with fireworks and that flame of fire was awesome!! i have had my season tickets at the dome for 2 years but i know they used to suck when it came to that stuff......MY QUESTION-->have the saints organization stepped it up this year?? b/c the cowboys intro gave me chills!!

RE: digging
Without doubt the Saints organization has stepped it up.
They went after a new young coach with a mind to win, a QB who has proved himself in the NFL, they had a great draft, (Bush, Colston) the fans bought every ticket available for the entire season filling the Dome at every home game. |

Honestly they started pre-Katrina to invest in some pre-game events, and they used to blow out of the gate with a Saints Mardi Gras float which stopped after Katrina sadly, it was fun and funny at the same time. There's promo stuff, and if you saw the new Dome you'd know what I'm talking about, it's one huge jumbo-tron and new blinky things, and blah blah, I enjoy the games. |
