RE: the only explanation,
No that's not it. We lost plain and simple. There was no alterior motives or anything like that.
They thought they could show up to the game and win since Washington was 4-9. It's obviously they didn't gameplan as heavily this game as they did for Dallas. I blame this on the entire team, especially the coaching. Their heads got really fat this week with the whole country annointing them the best in the NFC. They should spend less time on Pardon the Interruption and NFL Live and more time on the practice field and film room. |

Going into Dallas, or Seattle, doesn't sound too good, no matter how bad we stink it up at home.

RE: Re: RE: the only explanation,
That's not it at all, we have the #2 seed at stake, you don't throw away any games.
We lost, they can't blame no body but themselves, they should be ashamed the way they played today. Sorry game on their part.. With that said I think they'll bounce back next week, they know how important it is to win out. |

RE: Re: RE: the only explanation,
OMG! WTF? Can someone explain to me what happened today? How do we come away from a win in Dallas 42-17 and lose to one of the worst teams? I am so mad. Did we come this far to through it all away?

RE: Re: RE: the only explanation,
Bottom line is, we HAVE to win out. Dallas is tied with us again, and they looked good against the Falcons. If Dallas takes the 2 seed, then we have to play the first week, and then two on the road, counting the NFC Championship game, if we make it that far. I would just feel alot better about our situation, if get the first round bye.

RE: Re: RE: the only explanation,
Giants lost today against the Eagles so that will help some, bottom line though is we have to win out.
The Giants and the Panthers both are playing horrible right now, we have a chance to beat bought of them, time will tell. |
