History repeats itself!
"I'm piiisssed,'' QB Aaron Brooks said of his Raiders benching, drawing out every letter for emphasis. "But I don't call the shots. You know what I'm saying? I didn't like it. I thought it was bad timing. I didn't see any reason why I should have come out. But those are not my decisions.'' With that, Brooks yanked the zipper closed on his Louis Vuitton duffel bag really hard, for extra emphasis. "Thankfully, I've been around long enough to endure such treatment. Good or bad. So I've been through a lot,'' he said. "I'm in a good state of mind. Mentally, I'm straight, for these types of things that go on.'' Clearly, Brooks -- sidelined eight games earlier this season because of a strained pectoral muscle -- was building up to something. "And finally, this is the business I'm in,'' Brooks said loudly, "so there are gonna be some things that you don't like happening.'' Like being benched, and seeing your replacement, Walter, throw interceptions on consecutive series.

Insanity is defined as doing the same thing over, over, and over again...and expecting a different outcome!
