Marcus Robinson?
Given all the injuries we have at the WR position, don't you think it would make sense to take a look at adding Marcus Robinson, who was just unceremoniously cut by the Vikings? If Robinson passes a physical and checks out OK, I think he could be a good veteran addition and his receiving style isn't all that different from Joe Horn. He has decent hands and can get open and has plenty of experience. I think he simply was a victim of Vikings anemic offense this year. We have the bye-week to break him in, and I'm sure he'd be excited to hook up with a playoff team. Thoughts???

I wouldn't mind the move. He's a big fast guy who gives us another deep threat and option in the endzone.

No no no... I'll pass. He hasn't done much the past few years, I think also there maybe something going on we aren't aware of in the locker room as well. Bad chemistry in the locker room??? We don't need that in New Orleans and damn sure not now... he'll wind up in Dallas with the rest of them... lol.

RE: Marcus Robinson?
I immediately thought of the Saints when I found this news out. I think having a look at him would be a good idea. We could use some quality depth at WR.
And anything else about his character is speculation. I haven't heard anything about him being a problem in the locker room, so I think we can leave that up to our front office to determine. I'm sure he couldn't be half as bad as TO or cause much of a rift in 2 weeks time. |

No, take a pass. I'm more worried about TE. Besides, Horn will get to rest this week and the bye week. He'll be ready to go for the divisional round.

RE: Marcus Robinson?
I'd pass on him too, he was the Vikings best WR and he was cut with just one game left of the schedule, something doesn't sound right with this..
I just want Horn in the lineup along with a healthy team going into the playoffs.. |
