Last night a few of us were in the French Quarter having a few beers at the Tropical Isle. I was in all my Saints finery. As we were walking out there was this Eagles fan standing by the door. He smarted off to one of the girls and said he wanted to dance with me. She told me about it. I was very nice to him, I looked down at him and said.......I'm sorry, but I don't dance with little short F~kers. With that...........he left.

Most of the Eagles fans I've seen so far have been very nice. One guy told me he was soory about the ass whipping they were about to give us. I told he, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. He was cool.

JS, .... he wanted to literally dance with you?..or is that hood language that means he wanted to fight... sorry I`m old.

After my first away game to see the Saints in NYC, I will go out of my way to treat away jerseys in N.O. with welcome, smiles, kindness, and tasteful sparing when prompted. Which makes it even more degrading for them when you out class them and the Saints out play them.

JS, you be careful down there in the quarter.

It struck me as hood talk but what do I know. i ain't from the hood. It really didn't matter to me, he was just trying to be a smart ass,I just trumped him. I had lunch with some Philly fans today, they were very nice. They even invited me to come to Philly and see them.

As far as being careful in the quarter, I was born here and come back several times each year. If you watch yourself, most of the time you'll be ok.
