this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; after steve miller band played..they had a song playing over the speakers.it was like.."the saints are marchin..and let's get fired up" anyone know who sings it and where to get a copy of it?...

Dude..is there really a saints fan that does not know the green day song by now?? come on..this is like a 70's funk song...they say "let's get fired up" a bunch of times in it..kinda reminds me of the fergilicious song..I can't believe no one heard it..it was playing on the speakers as people were heading INTO the Dome before the game

I was not at the game because I now live in Arizona. I fondly remember "Let's get fired up". Unfortunately I don't know who sang it--I'm guessing it may have been a local group. It was awesome--can't believe that they played it this past weekend.
