Raised in Ocean Springs, Ms., currently living in Knoxville, Tn. Been a Saint's fan as far back as I can remember. Still have friends living in and around New Orleans and I visit every chance I get. And just to let everyone know, my brother, a friend and I sang 'We Are The Champions' in a packed karoake bar on Bourbon Street the night before the Atlanta Monday night game. So I think the mojo has carried over all season long!!

His name will be Peyton, and all my friends, knowing the DIE HARD SAINTS fan i am, swear i named him after CoachPayton. Who Dat!! Bet my friend that if the Saints win, he has to streak down HWy. 49 for a minute. I'd gladly bail him out to win that bet.

The name comes from the combo of Brees and Bush, and also from my favorite baseball team, the Houston Astros, who had Biggio and Bagwell forever. I'm a little new to posting here, but a longtime lurker. I was born and raised in Hammond, LA. I moved to Pittsburgh for a while, the whole time sporting the fleur de lis. I moved back to Hammond for a few years, attended SLU (Slow-learners' University, represent!). I currently reside in Lexington, KY, and am still a huge Saints fan. I have been a Saints fan since before I was born, as my mother has always been a big fan. Anyways, here's hoping the Bears get b*tchslapped on Sunday! |

Never lived in NO, but I get there everytime I can. From Dallas and when I realized I couldn't stand the Cowboy fans I decided to be a Saints fans. After several miserable years my friends tried to talk me out of it but I was hooked. I've been traveling to NO for home games for 16 years. Ironically, the only victories (3) I have witnessed were all againt the Cowboys. Once on my 30th b-day (best gift ever). There is nothing better than wearing black and gold around a bunch of cocky defeated Cowboy fans.(Saints have beat the Cowboys since 1993 in case you lost count )
I was in NO for Panther game and Philly playoff game. I still can't keep myself off eBay and Travelocity, just dreaming of a Chicago trip, but I willl most likely stay here. I will say, if there is another game I think we ALL need to watch it in NO. (Sorry, I can't be as confident as you guys... I can hardly say Superbowl without worrying I might jinx something...) NO will be a much bigger party than Miami!! See you all there!! |
