I don't know about you.....
I don't know about you, but this appears to me one of the longest weeks of my life.
I wake up everyday checking the weekend weather in Chicago online. Followed by any snippet I could find on ESPN or NFL channel about this weekend's matchup as I iron my shirt for work. Then I am listening to Sportsradio as I make my commute hearing every damn analysis of this week's playoffs. Finally, I spend half my time at work getting different opinions how this game is going to play out online looking for the latest articles I could find. I go home and play all the scenarios in my head when I lay in bed only to wake up and do it all over again. Is any other Saint fan out there having the same obsessive approach? I think I need to get checked for Who Dat Fever... |

RE: I don
yes.... you`re not alone ...... i`m obsessed too. I listen to WWL all day (and night), read everything I can get my hands on that pertains to Saints, and flip through the ESPN channels on my satelite for Saints clips and discussions.
SFLA, have you tried going to www.WWL.com and listening to the live broadcast? from 4pm CST till 7pm and sometimes beyond it`s all Saints football talk radio. This week the Saints talk has been going till 12pm cst. |

Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |

RE: Re: I don
This week has gone pretty quick for me, but I swear, last week was one of the longest weeks of my life!!!!
That bye week before the divisional round was Killing me. Like most of you guys, the TV has been on NFL network and ESPN almost exclusively this week. My wife asked last night, "How can you not be sick of football?" My reply: "40 years, baby. 40 years of Bull**** and it's finally our time to celebrate." I guess she's just used to me being done watching football by this point in the season. Ha ha! Not this year!! |

RE: Re: I don
I was dreaming all last night about how we were going to stomp the Bears. I haven't dreamt about the Saints in ages. Just to put out more positive vibe out there... in my dream Fred Thomas ran back a Rex Grossman pass 78 yards for a touchdown.

Trust me....you guys are not alone. I get home and watch NFL Network just to hear anything I can about the game. I check like 5 websites including this one too many times in a day just to hear some kind of an update, strategy, or even commentary on our team. My wife curses the day NFL Network began..lol. People here at my job all tellin me..."good luck this weekend" or "hey you ready for Sunday?" Knowing full well that I am developing ulcers with each passing day.....aaarrrggghhh....LETS BEAT DEM BEARS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i came unglued yesterday on a new employee, he walked into my office and saw a small wooden football that says "New Orleans Saints" on the corner of my desk. he suggested i was a bandwagon jumper...wow, i came out of my chair!!!! the other guys at work had to have a sit down with him about ME AND MY SAINTS. |
