WHAT ABOUT BEERMAN????????????
Why Coach Payton don't play Michael Lewis more at the receiver position? Over the last few years he has proven to be an effective receiver. I think he would be one hell of an x-factor, call me crazy, but i think he can contribute on offense as well as special teams. Yo Coach, look in to it. GO SOUTH DIVISION CHAMPION SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RE: WHAT ABOUT BEERMAN????????????
to tell you the truth the beerman is just starting to feel good. he seems to trust the rebuild job now. it has showed in the last few games. so maybe he could see the field as a wr soon.
he will be key. hester may break one but the beerman will need to get us good starting field position as much as possible. that is key. who knows he may break one |

my question is, why doesnt Bush return kickoffs??? hes got speed, and is starting to get the vision now for the NFL. Give him a shot at it, tomorrow is the perfect time, no one expects it......just one more way to get him a touch and throw off Chicago

Exactly. Lewis is doing really solid on kickoffs. I do look for some trickery this weekend on a kickoff reverse or something like that. Keep the Beerman setting us up with solid field position and we'll be looking good.

I disagree, i think lewis is doing fine and all, but by throwing Bush back there, we catch the SP unit off guard, and they automatically will have one person spying on Bush. Lewis and Bush on the return would cause nightmares for SP coordinators. Give us a big threat on reverses and the return in general. We'd be putting the ball in Bush's hands 4 to 5 more times a game, and we've seen what Bush can do. Lewis isnt what he used to be, while hes beeen running well lately, he tends to get skittish in some games, and i dont see the harm in Bush and Lewis back there....

are you crazy???? hes a key to this team. id bet he has a better average tmw than hester does, and i think we will kick it to hester. plus lewis is on our kickoff coverage and is vital to that also.
