Fri, 26 Jan 2007 10:23:18 -0800 John Tomase, of the Boston Herald, reports the New England Patriots would have to pay $7.79 million should they designate CB Asante Samuel as their franchise player this offseason, while placing the franchise tag on TE Daniel Graham would cost $4.31 million. Now looking at these numbers horns contract is not so bad. He is paid less than a top 5 TE. |
