Good move. Shanle is not outstanding but he's a solid linebacker good enough to start in this leauge.

It's the people we will be placing around him that will make him alot better next year. If we can get a stud at CB, Harper coming back, MLB and another run stuffer a DT it will really improve everyone elses game.

Good for him. This guy played his arse off week in and week out. I liked the chemistry he developed with Fujita. Now about that MLB position...

I thought this was an insignificant deal prior to the regular season and he exceeded my expectations. Solid solid player... I'm glad we retained him.

So now that both w and s LBs are set who is gonna be middle. My vote is for a veteran and not a rookie. MLB is the QB of the defense and I would like a strong smart player with leadership qualities.
