RE: Re: RE: is anyone watching the combine on NFL network?
Jason Hill WR, 6-0, 204, 4.32, Washington St.
Overview Despite a midseason injury last year, Jason racked up tremendous stats. He had more than half of Washington State's 25 passing touchdowns. With more consistency at Quarterback this year, he looks to put up even bigger numbers. Strengths Jason is a huge deep ball threat, probably the best in the Pac-10. He is also very consistent, averaging nearly 110 yards per game. Not clocked time, but has great game speed. Runs good crisp routes and has very good hands. Weaknesses At 6-1, his size is adequate but small for today's standards at wide receiver. His 4.60 times 40 time won't impress any scouts, he will need to improve that for the combine and pro day. Projection Jason is a gamebreaker and can seemingly take it to the house whenever he pleases. However that 40 time right now is holding him down. With a good season and a good showing at the combine, he should be drafted in the 3rd round of the 2007 NFL Draft. http://condraft.com/database/pacific...ill/index.html His 4.60 times 40 time won't impress any scouts, he will need to improve that for the combine and pro day. Well 4.32 took care of that. If he is there in the second I would not mind the pick even if we take Olson in the 1st. But I really doubt it now. |
