Ryan Kalil?
Assuming the top CBs and LBs we're looking at are gone when we pick and Kalil is still there. Is anyone else besides me hoping we take a hard look at this guy? I know center is not a top need, but I think last year was the first full year Faine has made it through without injury and I'm a little concerned with that. I'm not trying to take anything away from Faine at all, he did a hell of a job last year but he has a history of getting injured.
I've heard a lot of scouts say Calvin Johnson and Kalil are the only two players that are cant miss in this draft. I know we need to address the defense first, but the O-line is what made us play as well as we did last year and I'd love to have another Bentley type center to hold down the line for the next few years. I just hadn't seen anyone mention him yet and was wanting to get everyones opinions on Kalil. |

I think we're be able to find a good center in the later rounds, there a lot of quality centers in this years draft. If they decide to go that route it probably would be in the 4th rd or later.
