Do you know what this means?????
I'm old as dirt! but not as old as Joe! |
Who you callin' old dude? I'm just glad to still be here! Assuming you were talkin to me? :)
|
No offense, Joe, but it was you I was talking about.
I guess that comment was just a remnant of some joking that used to go around here 2 or 3 years back. Sometimes I miss that old gang, but not the headaches they could cause. |
i knew you were joking and so do I. Some of the old guys still lurk around,I think they're just waiting to see what we have to say.
It's all in good sport my friend. |
Gotta make an exception and toss ol' Dalton Hilliard in there at HB as well. :)
|
Curious, wasn't that the year of the strike? I thought we had replacement players in that year. I'm old too, so maybe I'm thinking of something else.
|
God was that a great year. I think it was even more special than last. only the superbowl will top it. You had to live through it. bags and all.
old as dirt, so be it. |
I have always thought, how cool it would be, for the Saints to go back to the ol 3-4 defense. It just seemed to work better for us, back in the day. I watch the Bears, Steelers, and Ravens use it, and it just seems more effective to me. Maybe I'm on an island on this one.
