AP reports Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams says his shoulder was extremely sore following last week's opener and may require arthroscopic surgery after the season. Williams wasn't listed on the team's injury report this week. When asked about the shoulder Wednesday, he said it felt fine, and he's expected to start Sunday at Indianapolis. But on his Web site, www.runrickyrun.com, Williams wrote that the injury may be a problem the rest of the season. He said he hurt it while running for 111 yards in a 49-21 victory over Detroit. "My shoulder was extremely sore after this week's game, and it is always going to be,'' he wrote. "The trainers told me that it's basically going to flare up every time I get hit on it directly, because I've got so much junk in my shoulders from the wear and tear of football. I've gotten what seems like hundreds of X-rays, and it's amazing to see how much stuff is in my joints. I've separated both my shoulders before, and I'm going to keep getting hit there because of how hard I run.'' Williams wrote that his shoulder felt much better by midweek. |

I say as Saints fans who want to promote goodwill between teams, we send the Dolphin\'s fans a care package full of Tums, crying towels, his prescription for anti-social, anti-depressants and a book of all the excuses and injuries he\'ll have and suffer in the coming season.

You know, none of us are surprised about that. However, I was surprised to see Cleeland in a game and make some catches. Odds on the week Cleeland breaks a nail or something?

WELL WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT RICKY? HE HAD SOME GOOD STATS TODAY. I WISH HE COULD HAVE PLAYED THAT WAY WHEN HE WAS HURT FOR THE SAINTS. HOWEVER I\'M BEGINNING TO BELIEVE THE DEUCE IS THE REAL THING. THE MAN LOOKED AWESOME TODAY. BEING A LONG TIME SAINTS FAN THOUGH I THINK I\'LL OPT FOR CAUTIOUS OPTIMISM FOR A WHILE LONGER. THE TEAM LOOKS LIKE IT\'S BEGINNING TO GEL AND THE NEW WEAPONS ARE PAYING OFF. IT SURE DOES FEEL GOOD TO LOOK AT THEIR RECORD AND SEE 2-0. HATS OFF TO AB AND THE OFFENSE AND A BIG GO SAINTS TO THE \"D\". WHAT A GAME.

I wish Ricky well. I hope he continues his good performance if for no other reason than I want that extra first round pick in next years draft. I\'m thinking we might use it on a top cover corner.

Ricky will be Ricky. Ricky will have a good career in miami and thats good. He had good years in New Orleans. He just wasnt the right fit for our offense. He is perfect in miami. Good luck on 1500 and bringing in a second first round pick.
