So do not worry there are some really good players left besides the ones that slipped. They may not be starters but the depth they will add will greatly help the club. besides Shawn has some that I do not have. Thats for sure. Then add the ones others here may want and there are plenty. Having 4 picks from 123 to 163 is sweet. Okay it is not too short but with the saints I need to cover my bases.

That's a short list? LOL
Must be mean I have a short d$#K.

Seriously though, members like me who use this site for the majority of their Saints' news appreciate how thorough you are.

I like Siler, obviously, and Tanard Jackson (but our defensive backfield is suddenly a little crowded) Would love to get W. Thomas or Louis Leonard (Fresno) at DT.

I am a big Sartz fan- goes to ball, smart, good leader. Would be an excellent special teams captain (with apologies to the undersized Gleason).

Troy Smith? I would get a LB first, but could see him with our second pick today. How versatile will he be? Can he contribute as a KR, or 5th wideout?

He is still there. missed him. a bit small but nasty. good back up for years to come at the least. Your typical BC lineman.

Sorry I wasn't clear, but....

I meant those are my picks based on the positions in the draft we have remaining. I don't think Troy Smith will be around for our fourth pick and besides, he's too much like Brees. I'm looking for a change of pace to develop behind Brees. If the Saints have one weakness, it's whose behind Brees.
