Here's the other Saints article on ESPN:

Saints improve quality, depth on O-line

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By Len Pasquarelli

That the New Orleans Saints are the only team since the 1970 merger to trade its starting left offensive tackle in consecutive years, dealing Willie Roaf to Kansas City in 2001 and Kyle Turley to St. Louis this spring, seems to matter little to the people who run the club.

In the view of Saints officials and coaches, it appears, addition sometimes results from subtraction. Roaf had a squeaky knee, they figure, and Turley was the perennial squeaky wheel who demanded frequent doses of WD-40, and the departures of neither moved the Saints' brain trust to tears.

Such a mindset, in a league where the left tackle position has become so essential, might seem remarkable. What is more remarkable, though, is that the Saints are convinced their current offensive line will be even better than the two units that preceded it.

Deuce may get lock-jaw from a constant ear to ear smile.
Is their a better or deeper O-line in the NFL?
Imagine if Barry Sanders had this O-line his whole career.
Emmitt Who?

I like what I\'m reading in the various articles about the O-line.

I\'m still a little sore, though, that they accepted a 2nd in the Turley trade. As much as St. Louis was drooling to get their hands on him (as proved by how as much as they\'re paying him), I\'m convinced management could have gotten (at least) a 1st for him. Hell, he -cost- us a first when we drafted him. \"Addition by subtraction\" just doesn\'t add up in my book (all Turley\'s problems aside) not when you drop a first round choice for a second. Not when other teams want him. I really believe that was a lost opportunity.

Regardless, it\'s nice to see so many writers saying so many good things about the line. It certainly raises hope for the upcoming season. I can\'t wait to see Sapp and Le Charles Bentley going at it - this is going to be enjoyable to watch.

can anyone help me id this tune? it goes thwap thwap boom tch boom tch boom tch.

Qui a laissez sortir les chiens!
