OK here goes the argument is that Harper looked confused at times, but he WAS a rookie in a new system. The five games he was in the lineup he sacked Charlie Frye, Bodyslammed Donald Driver, made Vick look immobile, superglued himself to Alge Crummpler, attack Delhomme, and forced a fumble. There is always room for improvement especially from a rookie but I would have to say that for a late 2nd round pick who was on very few teams radars he had a great first half of the year.
