You guys missed the best one though... Dan Marino VS. Boomer Esiason I remember one time they were discussing Payton Manning, and Boomer (Sitting down the table from Dan) spouts off that "Payton is a great QB but will never win a championship. He is the Dan Marino of this generation." Marino shoots to his feet in a fighting stance and everyone else gets an "Oh ****" look on their face... I guess he got talked down by the producer, and nothing else occurred, but the look of range on Marino's face told you that Boomer was just a hair from getting popped in the mouth. It's time that was finished. |
