Moving him to SS would be tantamount to moving Gleason to Free. Just doesn't work. I think we are good at Free. In my opinion, it should be Kaesvahard and Harper as the starting S tadem. Bullocks digressed and besides Thomas, was the weakest link in our secondary. Now, that still gives us good FS depth with KK and Bullocks. Again, Harper goes down, our first two off the bench is Bellamy and Gleason. Again I say OUCH!
As a courtesy to last year's starters I believe Payton listed KK, David and Simmons as back ups. No way we spent that cash for these 3 to play back up and ST.
As for Harper's BU, Bellamy filled in well last year, but is another year older and slower. Gleason might not be ready in September. Reis could make the team.
