Supplemental News on Yahoo

A lot of us have posted that we would like to see Oliver in the 3rd. There is not much else available, maybe a 6th or 7th?

I see us sitting out this dance.

Sean said one thing after the draft that has stuck in my head.
"We would have loved to add another another interior lineman but it just was not in the cards"
So maybe we are looking at the wrong postion. Lineman maybe the position we might go after.

If that is the case, then the guys from Maryland or Nebraska should still be available late.

I believe if they are not drafted that they become FA's. Maybe we can save the pick and sign one of them, like Sean did with Palko.

Here in ATL it is being reported that the birds are looking at Oliver in the 3rd.

I think Payton was referring to a DT in the draft...there are no DT's in the supplemental draft...i dont see the saints playing this game.

I thought the same at first but in context he said the key word ANOTHER. I know, it is "The Art of Speculation" when reading into the statement. but as we know the only interior lineman we added was on the OL. This was said on draft day (2) when discussing the picks with NFL.com. Oh well we will soon find out.
