Tiger fans, Dyakowski in the CFL, as a Tiger there, too:)
Peter Dyakowski, ex-LSU OL, who was briefly with the Saints after the draft is with the hamilton Tiger-cats of the CFL. Fittingly he is also wearing a yellow jersey there (#67). he has been in RG in game I'm watching now on cox 57, or 3 diff direct-tv channels, 626, 644, and 656. he is a Canadian by birth so you know they scouted him well.
Talman Gardner has a TD in the game, too. a long bomb and run. couple other names yall prob recognize are Timmy Chang, ex Hawaii QB playing as backup QB for Hamilton (#7) and Robert Edwards from Montreal (#47) ex Minn and Miami RB. Brad banks, ex Iowa QB is reserve with Montreal. Zeke Moreno who played 56 game sin the NFL and started a few in place of Seau with SD is #16 with Hamilton. |

Ticats fan, thanks...
glad to see a fellow CFL fan on here. orginally from Canada perhaps? I studied Canadian history and politics for 2 quarters back on exchange at Univ of washington way back when. met a since retired Canadian Supreme Court justice. as well.
anyway, yes, many of the cfl games have been shown on ALT (colorado channel), or various 600 series direct-tv channels. that game si kinda late but i understand b/c its in BC. one of the better CFL stadiums and dance teams, too, the "felions" http://www.bclions.com/index.php?module=page&id=3030 So, ill be watching thursday night. Dave Dickenson, one of the best CFL QBs, had an NFL shot in the past, is fun to watch. |
