I've got it bad.
After the season ends (and so far it's always been with disappointment) I completely lose interest in football. But it always comes back during the draft with new hopes. I come to this site every day to see if the Saints have signed a new player, if an article was written about them, or if they were placed favorably in a preseason power poll. My wife lovingly makes fun of me by saying "Football, football, football". But this is all anticipation for the coming season. The excitement of watching the Saints play is only marginally matched by watching a new episode of the Office. But it really doesn't come close. This thread is really about nothing and doesn't add anything new, but I'm so ready to watched them play I might opt to sleep until their first game (I'm only half joking). On another note, I'm really optimistic about this season and not from the years previous success. But I honestly can't remember a time where the Saint's have had this much talent and (yes) depth. To have competition at corner (and really all areas) is exciting to me. Guys always play better when there is something biting at their heels.

There are thousands of fans with you on getting the season started. I know that to me it still seems like yesterday I was walking out of the Dome after the Saints-Eagles playoff game. i still take out my ticket stub and look at it. I'm excited about spending the money on Sunday ticket.
I really do think our boy will make us proud again this year. This year I think will be the year I've been waiting for since 1967. Super Bowl bound baby! |

I'm with Joesam. This year is going to make all the agony we suffered as fans be worth it. Not that we would have it any other way, of course...
For the first time - EVER, legitimate sports analysts are being serious when they're picking the Saints to take it all at the beginning of the season. Our time has been long overdue. |

I already have $1,000.00, figure I'll need at least 3K for my superbowl ticket. I have friends in Zona so I don't need anything but a ticket. woooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo!
