Haslett Draft History.
The last three drafts under Jim Haslett has produced some real quality players, not only in the first rounds but in the later rounds also.
I wonder what sleeper(s) in this years draft will make an impact this year. Also I wonder what player(s) from the previous 2 drafts will make the next step. Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on this?? Haslett Draft History.
No doubt, we\'ve seen some of the best draft classes this organization has ever had, in the past three years. I\'d give 2002 the nod as being the most influential. Look at all the players that will be starting this year that came from that class. Six potential starters??? Any other organization would bust a nut over three, and we got six. But I do not think that you can put it all on Haslett, he had help with the Mueller brothers.
Also, Stincomb seems to be missing from this years list. [Edited on 15/7/2003 by BlackandBlue] |

Haslett Draft History.
Probably 5 to 8 starters and at least 10 on the final 53. The youth, talent, and depth has finally been restored from the Ditka debacle. The personell turnover and transition has been incredible. Churn the bottom of the roster and make moves at the top. Continue to try to improve level of talent. This front office group and coaching staff under Benson has had similar transition also. Consistently drafting well never hurts a team. The house has been cleaned. This is Hasletts group. It\'s time to shine!
