I was looking at his coaching tree (link below). Over the last 10 years, only 5 coaches not on that list have made it to the superbowl: Belichick, Cower, Parcells, Reeves and Martz.

Sad news. I'm sure we all feared, yet respected his coaching prowess. He was quite innovative, and knew how to relate to his players in a fatherly way.

Football just lost a great man and a brilliant play caller and coaching genius, he will be miss.
