August 18, 2007 8:55PM CINCINNATI - A 76-yard punt return for a touchdown by free-agent Tramaine Hall was nullified by not one, but two penalties. First, rookie linebacker Marvin Mitchell was flagged for an illegal block in the back, which opened one hole for Hall. That penalty was declined. Second, free-agent safety Curry Burns, who played at nearby Louisville, was flagged for holding. That penalty was accepted. Hall ended up with credited with a punt return for zero yards.
