The only team that really scares me out of the AFC South is the Colts.

The Jaguars don't have a good qb but the running game is just as good as the Saints. The Jags defense is better than the Saints so it won't be a cakewalk.

The Titans and Texans may be getting better but both still have a way to go before they strike fear into their opponent. The Saints have a lot of practice with scrambling qb's so I'm sure Young will be held in check.

Truthfully, I believe we will beat the Texans and the Jags, and I even think we have a pretty good chance of beating the Titans. I don't really know with the Colts with all the talent they lost on defense. I haven't really payed attention to who they replaced those players with or anything, so I can't comment about them.

It's going to be a great battle against that division. To me, I like the Saints chances against Indy more than anyone else in that division. The Saints are going to be hungry in week one! I can see this being a game with a lot of offensive power on each side. But I also see a Saints defense stepping up at least sometimes. That sometimes, in a game like this, should get them over the top. I do not think this is going to be a 70 plus point game like some predict, but more like a 27-23 type of game, Saints on top. The Titans game should be another interesting game. With the Saints on prime time, they should be able to stop the Titan attack. About 26-14 type of game, Saints win. I hate teams like Jacksonville, Fat Albert could have a career day at QB. Ok, off day for the Saints, call this one Jacksonville 19, Saints 17. Those darn Texans and their new QB, call this one Saints 28, Houston 16. Saints are going to be down 16-7 in the 4th quarter and Drew Brees is going to make amends for his 3 int game.

There is no way I will be correct on any of this, so just pass me a beer and let me go. LOL...

The Jaguars are the toughest AFC opponent we're going to face this year simply because they are a very physical football team, and until we figure out how to beat those physical teams, we're not going to fare well against them. Advantage, Jaguars.

Now the Colts are a different story. When we face the Colts we will be the more physical football team. Everybody knows about that awesome offense, the excellent coaching, and fast defense. But there are a few holes in that vaunted juganaut of an offense that can't be ignored mainly OT and RB. With the retirement of OT Tarik Glenn and RB Dominic Rhodes leaving via FA looming large over their heads, I mean putting a rookie OT to protect Manning's blind side against Pro Bowl DE Will Smith can't be a comfort zone for Payton. Advantage, Saints.

I see that the Titans have a few of you guys worried. Why? Let's see, the Titans don't have a running game, none. The Titans don't have any WRs what so ever. And a QB that is completing 25% of his passes in Preseason, 25% people, damn a one arm midget can complete more than 25% in the Preseason. What in the hell is his completion percentage going to be once the bullets start to fly for real. Advantage, Saints.

Last and definitely lest the Houston Texans, well what can I say? QB Matt Schaub is not the second coming of Montana, he's only decent at best. They don't stand a chance against our boys in BLACK & GOLD, if we can't beat a team like the Texans we shouldn't be having Superbowl discussions, enough said. Advantage, Saints.

So I guess I see our boys going 3 - 1 in the big, bad, AFC.

I thought that the Colts game would be a lost, but the more I saw of the Saints offense and defense, in the preseason, the more I think they cam win the game.

I believe the Saints wil dominate against the Colts. Not even close.
Texans and Titans will also be blowouts.
The Jags could be a close game with the Saints winning.

Saints go 4-0 in the AFC.
