Re: Saints/Dolphins thoughts
Pierre Thomas impressed a ton of people tonight!!! I like this kid and he really seems to be a Coach Payton type of player (more so than Pittman)
Is it just me or does Usama never really get the ball thrown his direction?? |

Re: Saints/Dolphins thoughts
I couldn`t watch but I listened to the game on the radio.
what I heard; -Martin is better than Palko -Pierre is better than Pittman -Mare isn`t exactly mr. automatic -Defense played well .... and I admitt being reluctant to jump on the Pierre bandwagon, but I now officially want to keep this guy. Even his comments off the field impressed me. |

I think we cut Reis b/c we are pretty deep at safety and I don't see where you can keep more than 4 on the team, but I bet someone picks him up off waivers. Keep Fred around as a nickle/dime guy.

Re: Saints/Dolphins thoughts
The last time I can remember a shutout was sometime around '90 or '91. We played the Raiders at the dome on a Monday Night and beat them 23-0.

Jets And yet this bugs me because I remember a shutout game against the Rams, and a low scoring (but not sure of shutout) at Seahawks. Rams could be in 80s, Seahawks definitely in 90s but I was listening on Radio when I was in Uk and the game finished about 5am in the morning there! |
