I’m not even sure if any of the players read the forums or if someone that may know the coaching staff can relay this message to the team but I have to say something before tonight’s game…

To the team (the New Orleans Saints last year’s road warriors)

I know this weeks opponents will not be easy, and it’s on the road, but remember last year you guys had the best road record that I can remember period.

Now, I know my memory does not span that far back, as I am only 34 years old but I can only remember seeing one other Saint’s team raise this much interest from the people of this city and that was back in the Dome Patrol days.

I would like to say my hat is off to you guys. You have turned this origination around and have made a city believe again, and for that all of us owe you our thanks.

Know that each and every one of us are behind you 100%. I drive around the city and see black and gold everywhere I look. But it’s not only back home, I am in Houston today and on my drive in to the office I see people with jerseys’, hats, coffee mugs, car stickers and more. Everyone is talking about tonight’s game with nothing but good things to say about the team. You have got the whole nation behind you.

I have to admit I have always been a fan, but I did not always believe, but after seeing and knowing what each of you guys can do on the field…
I can honestly say I believe in each and every one of you. So go out there and show the world what this team and this city is made of.
