First half, both teams playing deep zone. Colts pounded it, Saints didn't. Second half, colts still deep and we try underneath, saints blitz for some pressure and go man on the corners, toasted. Drew looked like he put the wrong contact in. Defense is not good enough when the offense stinks it up like that.

agreed that offense was problem.no one shuts down colts for long,especially early in year.check out their 1st 8 games each season.the defense did fine untill wore down in
2nd 1/2,or at least caught up with by manning and company.if the off. done its job and scored 3 little td's, we might have won 28-27 game.woulda,coulda, and shouda

Yea, I thought the Saints were on point in the first half. I had my fears of David going man to man, when they picked him up and now its a reality. Could I be wrong or did Deuce did look good in the first half? Reggie blew that touchdown opportunity at the end of the first half, could have changed the tempo of the whole game. I mean for a moment, even Stecker had a good run on a reverse. Moore had a pretty good return as well.

IMO the Colts and the Saints didn't play well in the first hal but the Colts made great adjustments in the locker roon at the half.
