SFIAH - I agree that the Saints should have tried pounding the ball. Doesn't matter who, just line up one of the RB's behind Karney and get busy. If it results in a punt, so what. Eventually, it will open up the offenses opportunities. Too bad tonight was all about bad blocking...

I think the Saints should always have a goal of running the ball 40 times per game. Eventually that will force 8 man fronts and open up enough passing lanes for a guy like Brees to have his way with defenses. With one of the best FB's in the business, along with two of the best RB's, it would be lethal.

Plenty of time to iron out some issues but i agree you gotta run the ball when the Colts D figured on making the throws difficult with their D scheme.
