Titans are 7th in the league givin up 78 y/gm with an average of 4.0.
Saints are 22nd givin up 125 y/gm with a 4.1 avg and what looks like a lot more attempts if my math is right. These are rushin stats and since we havent been in any of our games teams tend to rush the ball and protect the lead.
Passing Titans are 24th givin up 284 y/gm with an average of 7.2
Saints are 26th givin up 265 per game with an avg of 11.5. I tend to thiink our avg should go down quite a bit. What is the overall average of completing a 20 or 40 yard pass? Wasnt Brees leading that category last year with 50% and 2nd place was quite a bit farther down. Alot of things have to happen to complete a long pass qb has to have protection, not much bumb on the line, no safety help. I think we will figure out a way not to get burned 3,4 times a game on something that should happen once every 3,4 games.
