New Orleans: Bush or McAllister?

Surprisingly, Reggie Bush has 22 carries while Deuce McAllister has just 20 this season. What the Saints need to do is use Bush on outside runs and/or as a decoy to soften the middle of the defense and then pound McAllister inside.

Tennessee Spread Option

The Tennessee spread option really plays to Titans QB Vince Young's strengths. He ran this play with great success in college at Texas and he's done well with it in the NFL as well. It not only forces the defense to contain Young, which obviously isn't easy to do, but it also allows Young to read the defense and make a play running or passing.
