On the Bright Side

On the downside, no team has ever come back from an 0-3 start to make the Super Bowl, but on the plus side no team had ever gone from a 3-13 season to the NFC Championship game before we did it last year. Records are made to be broken.

I recall you predicting us with 11 wins... I see you're giving up already.

I predicted a slide to 9 or 8 wins. I am sticking with 9. No one left on our schedule scares me. Seattle has always given us fits, but everything until week 16 is definately winnable. I see the games with Philly and Chicago really meaning something for us this year. I see a renewed vigor after the bye week and a winning streak.

0-3 not making the playoffs. To hell with that, no team has had as much talent as we have and gone 0-3. Without McAllister I see Reggie getting more carries and becoming a better a runner. I see Reggie with over 1000 rushing. I see Thomas getting involved and possibly some more players loosing their starting role to bring some fire into the team. I see the playoffs still and once we are there records are meaningless.
