It's been a crap-storm thus far and there's plenty of blame to go around. I'd say that calls for a hypothetical role-playing situation. Here goes...
You're the new GM going into the 08 season. You have the #1 overall pick in the draft. Whose job is safe at this point? Who are you trading and for whom are you trading them? What positions are you going for in the draft and in FA? We all have complaints, let's hear some solutions. |

1. Get the BEST OL in the Draft or DT Glen Dorsey. The OL will be completely re done during the off season, and won't be completed for a couple of years at best.
2. Trade or pay cut for Deuce. 3. D-Coordinator -FIRED! 4. Draft a QB 5. UPGRADE OL in FA. 6. EVERYONE IS TRADE BAIT, especially consider offers for DE (not that I will trade them but if the right offer comes along and I got Dorsey). If I can get some good/great picks in the draft they are gone. Free up money and get some talent on the lines. I don't want another WR or RB if I have no one to block for them. 7. Try and get Norv Turner as O CORD. I mean come on he sucks as a head coach but wonderful as OC. SD f'ed up hopefully they will fire him trying to fix there mess up. |
