Jeebs, he didn't play bad, I thought Reggie played all out. I thought Reggie was one of the bright spots today, picking up crucial 3rd downs. He just looked worn down. Reggie draws big hits because of who he is. I think that Reggie and Pierre Thomas should split carries with Stecker being a 3rd down back. We need to take the monkey off Reggie's back or we will lose him too for the season. I think with the monkey off his back and the predictability that he will get the ball 3out of 4 times he becomes more dangerous. Make them guess when he will get the ball. Give the ball to PT 10-15 times.

well of course reggie's gonna look worn down...he looks like the only guy, save just a very few, who's playing 110%...poor bastard, he has to be very frustrated.

Re: The Karney Curse
I saw Bush in the backfield by himself most of the time - I don't like that. Karney leading and getting a few more touches would ease the punishment that Bush would have to take. It would also make most of the Bush tacklers side hits and not head-on. Bush averaged about 3.3 per carry today. Take away his long of 13 yards and he's a little better than 2 1/2 per carry - that is not going to get it. Brees looked better today but his guys (DHenderson) dropped a few. Tough times will continue with a degraded running attack.

Re: The Karney Curse
I think Pierre will bring a little of the Deuce toughness. Karney getting a few more carries would be nice. Reggie did give a 110 today. It looked like Drew got into more sync today but right when he is about to get hot, his recievers drop balls and end drives.

Re: The Karney Curse
The Saints need a hard hitting "Deuce-like" veteran in the locker room and on the field. I wish the Saints would at least entertain the idea of getting Corey Dillion into the line-up. He is unsigned with any team this year (retired) and has a hard hitting style the Saints desperately need.

Re: The Karney Curse
You know I am getting the sam feeling I would get 3 yrs ago with the saint's. On 3rd down it's like there is no way we can convert. Lack of confidence. We need to get more on 1st down. Last year there were more 3rd and 2, now there are more 3rd and 8
