Palko waived, Mitchell signed
I'm not sure if anyone posted this but I was reading on the transaction page for the New Orleans Saints and came across this..
New Orleans Saints - Mitchell signed to active roster so by my counts that puts us at only 2 QB's Drew Brees & Jamie Martin I know we are in desperate times here but I don't know if I like the idea of only 2 QB’s ![]() here are all the transactions to date... New Orleans Saints - Transactions |

I figure if in the unlikely event that both guys go down in a game, there must be a package which consists of a direct snap directly to the RB. Does anyone know if any of our active players other than Brees and Martin have even QBed at the college level? SFIAH |

ok let me rephrase that... I know we are in desperate times here but I don't know if I like the idea of only 2 QB’s considering the lack of effort from the "O" line I mean it would seam to me that if people are getting pressure on your QB then it's only a matter of time before someone puts a big hit on him and in my mind that pushes the injury factor up quite a bit, if you know what I mean |
